1. General Terms

2. Account Registration

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

2.1 Registration Requirements

Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until documentation is provided and reviewed.

2.3 Account Currency

All NV999 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, account balances, wagering requirements, and bonus amounts are expressed and processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage of the payment process.

3. Age Verification

5.1 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal request will be approved. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of PKR 20,000 in eligible wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or pattern betting designed to exploit wagering requirements — will have their bonuses cancelled and accounts reviewed.
• Free spins and other non-cash bonuses are subject to the same wagering conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

6.2 In-Play Betting

• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will stand for the rescheduled fixture.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled without a result being determined, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• In cricket, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, settled markets will stand provided the governing body of the competition has declared an official result.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply per market and are displayed when placing a bet. Cumulative winnings from accumulator bets are also subject to maximum payout caps. These limits exist to protect platform integrity and are non-negotiable.
